14 Day Money Back Guarantee

At Lightsup Online, we stand behind our products! That’s why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days after you receive the item. Just remember to retain your proof of purchase (receipt or website order confirmation email). The 14-day money back guarantee is claimable one time per customer.

Clearance items are excluded from our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.

How to return unwanted items

All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post item before obtaining return instructions from us. 

Please note the following:

  • The returned item must in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included.
  • Make sure that your items haven’t been installed and are in a resalable condition.
  • Goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re properly packed and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • We do not provide a refund for outbound and inbound delivery charges.

To arrange a refund or exchange, please contact us through our contact us page or via support@lightsup.com.au, Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with full details of return address including a return reference number, which must be clearly displayed on the packing.

Shipped returns may take up to 10 business days to process. We’ll notify you by email.

Product arrives damaged

If an item arrives damaged this must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Beyond this period, any damaged good will not be covered. We may ask the customer to provide details of the fault or damage so we can assess the best way to deal with the problem. 

12 Month Warranty

All products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase; however, the guarantee is void if the goods when returned show signs of misuse, neglect, damaged caused by accident or the goods have been altered or modified electrically. We have no hassle returns services for any faulty or unwanted products, please contact us through our contact us page.
