Shipping Method:
Free shipping for all Australia-wide orders over $150.
Flat $15.00 for all Australia-wide orders under $150.
Flat $28.00 for New Zealand’s orders (some products excluded)
Delivery time
Orders will be dispatched within 1~3 business days from our warehouse with full tracking. Delivery times will vary depending on location.
Under normal condition, delivery will take 3 to 14 business days after it is dispatched. Remote areas might take longer.
Orders shipped to New Zealand will take 10 to 20 business days.
If the delivery time exceeded the ETA, please contact us and will help you with our best efforts.
Failed Delivery
If the parcel is not successfully delivered due to customer’s reason (incorrect address, forget to collect) and the item is returned to us by courier, we will have to charge additional fees for resending the parcel.
If there is no safe place to leave your goods, or no access to your premises, the courier will leave a card along with an email advising of the failed delivery attempt with instructions. If there is a Pop Station or Newsagency available, your goods will be delivered there; otherwise taken to the nearest depot for re-delivery (at your expense).
We recommend nominating a work address or a residence that will be attended during business hours.
